Step-by-Step Excellence

Our Manufacturing Process

A precision workflow combining state-of-the-art extrusion technology with strict ISO quality controls.

Stage 01

Raw Alloy Selection

We source premium quality 6063, 6005, and 6061 aluminium alloy billets, verified via spectral analysis for mechanical strength and alloy composition accuracy.

Stage 02

Precision Extrusion

Billets are pre-heated and extruded through custom-engineered dies under SCADA monitoring to ensure tight dimensional tolerances and surface finishes.

Stage 03

Tensioning & Cutting

Extruded sections undergo mechanical stretching and cooling to relieve stress, followed by precise multi-axis cutting to exact segment lengths.

Stage 04

Punching & Mitering

Advanced CNC punch presses fabricate mounting and drainage holes with high repeatability. Precise 45-degree miter joints are cut for seamless frame corner assembly.

Stage 05

15-Micron Anodizing

Profiles are treated in our environment-friendly anodizing tanks to apply a dense 15-micron oxide layer, ensuring high rust resistance and extreme UV protection.

Stage 06

Quality Inspection & Packing

Each profile batch is checked for coating thickness, hardness, and mechanical stability before being securely packed for global transit.

Zero-Liquid Discharge Anodizing

We understand that clean energy demands clean manufacturing. Our Ahmedabad facility is built around a Zero-Liquid Discharge (ZLD) anodizing facility, ensuring that all industrial wastewater is purified and recycled back into operations.
